Why We’re Different
We believe that the best way to approach any conflict is with an open conversation and an educated agreement. One way to reach this agreement is through the Collaborative Process. In this process, both parties engage attorneys and take a team approach to reach agreements based on their individual goals and interests. The parties also make a commitment to stay out of court by way of signing the collaborative contract.
